The Business World

I’m not going to write about how I do my business. My business works, so for me to let you know about my business you’d have to let me know about yours. If it works like mine, let’s trade ideas… trading, isn’t that what business is all about? Selfish, yes, the business world is selfish. I like the fact that if you mess up there is no room for feeling guilty if you haven’t done anything unethical. You just have to make sure it doesn't happen again. “Relax, Carlos, this is a business.” That simple. I am not writing about business but I’m going to write about people in business. There are many people but two types interest me: the ones that like to call and the ones that like to email. I am a little of both. I like to call only CEOs, General Managers or Regional Managers. Superiority syndrome? Yearn to learn from the top dogs? You be the judge. In personal relations, if the person is not in the above mentioned category, I rather have no contact unless it’s crucial. If it is a young, good looking woman I’m dealing with, I make a great deal of exceptions because I like this type of contact. Confidence to speak to women based on my borderline metrosexual tendencies? Or a simple “girls are nicer, she’s gonna solve my problem” approach? You be the judge.

In the business world many can be the judge, but I’ll give you a list of the ones who truly decide who stays and who leaves:
